Hello!
My name is Dee and
I am the CEO & COO
(Chief Encouraging Officer & Creative Operating Officer) of The Creative Box Ministry.
My passion is to encourage women on their personal and spiritual growth journey and also provide creative resources for those in ministry.
Why did I choose the name "The Creative Box Ministry?" Picture me giving you a beautifully wrapped gift box filled with all the creativity and encouragement God places in my heart to give and share with you.​
About Me.
Being a student of the Bible, I have learned that God created us all uniquely and equipped us all with special capabilities to be the best we can be while on earth. With prayer, I took time for personal growth and began to develop my gifts and talents. Soon thereafter, I was being called to speak and present workshops in many parts of United States and overseas. For over 15 years I traveled and learned more about myself, my purpose, my passion and in the process, I was able to motivate and encourage others on their own growth journey as well as equipping them in their ministry.

Diana "Dee" Cardona
Born on the island of Puerto Rico, my family and I traveled to New York when I was seven years old. It has been 54 wonderful years on this earth that I have been able to experience life and grow through what I have gone through!
My favorite past time now is spending time with my two beautiful grandchildren. What a beautiful experience this is!

I currently work at my local school district for the past 22 years which has given me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and face each challenge with a positive mindset. The lessons learned I share through my public speaking, workshops and coaching moments. I plan to retire in 2026 and look forward to dedicating more of a full-time status to this ministry!

I have been told many times that I would not amount to much. I'm so glad I did not believe this! And if someone has told you the same thing, you should not believe it either! God designed each of us with so many wonderful gifts and talents and has called us to let them shine. I help others discover those gifts and talents and how they can live towards their full potential and make a difference.

I strive each day to leave a legacy to my family and friends of what is like to live with purpose, passion and perseverance. And one day, by God's grace, I stand before Him and He asks where all the gifts and talents are that He gave me, I can respond, "I do not have them for I gave them all away."
